Role summary

Join the dynamic Treatment Room team in Warrington, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care as a Band 5 Nurse.   • Effective time keeping
  • Ability to show initiative and work autonomously
  • Confident in the use of SystmOne
  • Registered Nurse (Adult)
  • NMC Registered
  • Tissue Viability Qualification
  • Leg ulcer Qualification
  • V150 or V300 Prescribing Qualification
  • Mentorship qualification

Job summary

Join our dynamic Treatment Room team and play a vital

Warrington community. As a Band 5 Nurse, youll provide a wide range of

clinical interventions; ensuring patients receive timely, safe, and effective

treatment. Youll work closely with colleagues across primary and community

Main duties of the job

Provide evidence-based nursing care

within Treatment Rooms, including wound management, dressings, sutures, and

post-operative care.

Carry out clinical assessments,

triage, and escalation to senior staff or other services as appropriate.

Maintain accurate, timely patient

records in line with professional and organisational standards.

Promote infection prevention and

control, ensuring safe use of equipment and adherence to policies.

Provide health promotion, advice, and

education to patients and carers to encourage self-care and independence.
