This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support Time Recovery worker to join the community mental health primary care team in Conwy. Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support time Recovery worker wishing to join the community mental health primary care team in Conwy. Applications are welcomed from enthusiastic practitioners who want to make a difference in primary care service provision. You will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, proactive and committed to promoting innovation for service delivery.
The successful candidate will support and facilitate the organization of clinical activity, assist in the delivery of group and individual work whilst continuing to support and deliver the clinical activity as required. The post holder will be required to work independently and liaise with various third sector agencies and organizations as well as carers. Excellent skills in multidisciplinary working and the requirement to establish and maintain excellent links with GP practices are essential.
You will have excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships, demonstrating a 'positive attitude'.
Main duties of the job
- Provide support and give time to an allocated group of service users, and promote their recovery supporting their return to a community
