Role summary
This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic Healthcare Support Worker to join Branwen Ward, an 18-bedded Stroke Rehabilitation ward at Deeside Community Hospital. The role involves assisting registered nurses in delivering patient care, working with other healthcare professionals, patients, and their families. The successful candidate will carry out duties under the supervision of a registered nurse, focusing on providing high-standard holistic care and nursing treatments. This is a fixed-term/secondment post for 18 months.

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Healthcare Support Worker to join Branwen Ward, an 18 bedded Stroke Rehabilitation ward based in Deeside Community Hospital.Deeside Community Hospital is a great place to work and feel part of a close community hospital team. The team enjoy a close working relationship and support from the hospital league of friends A range of outpatient's services also take place within the hospital site.
Our aim is to provide quality, planned care for the patients. The successful candidate will work as part of a team of nurses responsible for providing, maintaining and coordinating a high standard of planned holistic care and nursing treatments, under the indirect supervision of the nurse in charge of the ward.
