Key responsibilities

Essential criteria
- oCurrent Registered Nurse Professional Registration
- oFirst level degree or willingness to undertake
- oEvidence of continuous professional development
- oTeaching and Assessing Qualification or willingness to undertake
- oStudy at level 6 (degree / diploma)
- oProfessional clinical experience in respiratory, oncology or appropriate specialty
- oAbility to successfully manage people and change
- oA knowledgeable clinician with the ability to apply evidence based practice
- oA sound knowledge of professional policies and procedures
- oKnowledge of clinical governance and a commitment to clinical supervision and staff development.
