Role summary
This Senior Administrator role provides essential administrative and customer-facing support to pathways within Children and Family Health Devon. You will ensure the smooth, efficient, and professional running of the service by working closely with business support colleagues, clinicians, and managers. The position involves delivering collaborative, accurate, and reliable secretarial and administrative support across the team. It is a permanent, part-time role working 18.75 hours per week.

Essential criteria
- Computer literate
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Willing to undertake training relevant to the post
- Clerical, administrative or reception experience (minimum 1 year)
- Good general education e.g. GCSEs or equivalent
Desirable criteria
- Good knowledge of a wide range of office procedures
- Clerical, administrative or reception experience (minimum 2 years)
- Experience within a customer care, healthcare, education or social care setting
- NVQ level 3 Business Administration or equivalent experience
