Role summary
This role is for an enthusiastic and motivated Health Visitor to join the 0-19 team at West London NHS Trust. Key responsibilities

Essential criteria
- Registered Nurse
- Registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN)
- Experience of working in a corporate health visiting team
- Experience of working with SystmOne or other electronic clinical system
- Experience working in Safeguarding
- Evidence of personal and professional development
- Experience of working with vulnerable families
- An understanding of research and clinical effectiveness
- Able to demonstrate a commitment to the West London Trust values
- Understanding of public health role around health promotion and preventative working
- To be able to demonstrate corporate working
- Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
- Good IT skills
