Essential criteria

- Comprehensive experience and knowledge of maintenance of all Plumbing/Mechanical plant & equipment within a hospital or similar type building
Desirable criteria
- Have previous experience & knowledge steam heating & hot water systems
- BTEC/HNC level or City and Guilds in Plumbing/Mechanical Plant

Job summary
Working within a multi skilled team of Estates personnel, undertaking ofplanned maintenance to mechanical plant and equipment and carrying out general plumbing repairs to agreed response times for reactive works.
Ensuring that legislative compliance is adhered to at all times to ensure that the building is a safe environment for patients, staff and relatives.
