Role summary
This is a senior clinical and operational leadership role for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Occupational Therapist (OT) within the Adult Mental Health Team in Bicester. The post holder will provide clinical and leadership support, manage a small caseload, and oversee day-to-day management of duty, triage, and assessment functions.
