Role summary
This role involves managing engagement and service for the Digital Innovation Hub at UCLH, which aims to accelerate digital health technologies. Essential criteria
- Degree and/or an appropriate professional qualification or equivalent
- Knowledge of stakeholder engagement, communications, or marketing acquired through qualification to post graduate diploma level or equivalent relevant experience
- Sustained record of continued professional development
- Planning and delivering stakeholder engagement activities in a complex organisation,
- Experience working in an NHS and/or a research environment
- Experience of working with academic or research partners
- Operating intake, selection, or application processes
- Producing professional communications materials
- Providing support to governance forums or committees
- Experience working in a programme or portfolio environment
- Experience drafting funding grants
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong organisational skills managing multiple workstreams
- Influencing, persuasion and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work flexibly in a changing environment
- IT literacy (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, project management tools)
- Ability to form excellent stakeholder relationships
- Communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences

The Digital Innovation Hub brings together clinicians, researchers, industry partners and innovators to accelerate the development, testing and adoption of cutting-edge digital technologies that improve patient care, staff experience and NHS services. As the Hub continues to expand its partnership with University College London, we are looking for a highly organised individual to help grow our innovation community and strengthen engagement across both organisations.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare, research and technology. You will lead activities that raise awareness of the Hub's offer, build relationships with stakeholders across UCLH, UCL and external partners, and organise events that bring together innovators.
