Role summary
This role is for a passionate and dedicated Community Staff Nurse to join an out-of-hours team, providing exceptional care in the community. You will monitor patients, administer medications, coordinate care plans, and support families during crises. The role requires excellent assessment skills and the ability to make safe and effective clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes.
