Registered band 5 Staff Nurse required to work within a busy community hospital with a 23/24 beds and day hospital. Ability to work autonomously essential. Experience of working independently preferred as although unit works closely with Local GP’s staff Nurses are expected to work on their own initiative with complex patients and are required to work fully within the Multi-Disciplinary team for discharge and care planning
