An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Patient Flow Manager within the Gilbert Bain Hospital. We are looking for an enthusiastic person with excellent communication and leadership skills to join our management team. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of planned clinical services in Shetland and through shared pathways with NHS Grampian, helping to deliver service improvement, and working with clinical and support services to deliver local and visiting services in line with national targets.
This post is a key role within the Elective Services Team and will report to the Planned Care Operational Manager. We are looking for someone who can provide proactive leadership and support the Patient Focused
