Role summary
This role is for an experienced business, workforce, or HR professional to join the Strategy, People and Culture Directorate at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust. The manager will influence strategic workforce priorities, deliver programmes, and drive organisational change. - Experience managing staff and coordinating workloads.
- Experience delivering service improvement programmes.
- Experience working across organisational boundaries and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Degree level qualification or equivalent experience.
- Evidence of specialist knowledge in HR, organisation development or a related discipline.
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- CIPD Level 5 or willing to work towards
