An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Speech & Language Therapist to join our team. The role is based i n Inverurie health and care hub and the surrounding area. You will provide a community service to children 0-18 years in the areas surrounding Inverurie in central Aberdeenshire. You will be working with children and young people and their families in clinic and home settings and will support a range of communication needs including those with complex needs. You will be working with the Speech and Language Therapists and assistants who work in the Central Aberdeenshire area.
In recent years the Speech and Language Therapy (SLT) service has successfully developed universal and targeted strands of work alongside its individualised specialist services, which enable rapid response to referrals and ensure caseload flow. The SLT service has also seen a significant increase in its use of digital platforms and technologies across the service.
