Role summary
This role is for a dedicated and motivated Registered Nurse to join the ward team at Stratton Community Hospital. The successful applicant will provide high-quality, person-centred rehabilitative and nursing care to predominantly elderly patients. They will work within a supportive multi-disciplinary team, contributing to ward development and acting as a positive role model. Strong communication, organisational, and clinical skills are essential for this role.

- RGN 1st Level Registration
- Evidence of ongoing professional development
- Evidence of team working
Desirable criteria
- Experience of working within a community hospital and working in care of the elderly ENB 941 an advantage
- Leadership skills
- First Degree or Diploma (or working towards)
- Ability to work shifts to meet the needs of the service
- To be flexible to meet service needs
- Skills and Aptitude
- Well organised. Confident. Aware of limitation of role. Inisght into NHYS changes
- Ability to undertake training as required
- Qualifications & Experience
