Role summary
This role supports healthcare services by administering IT procurement and NHS Registration Authority (RA) services within the Staffordshire and Shropshire Health Informatics Service (S&SHIS). Essential criteria
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Business Administration.
- Good general education including GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- RSA Level 2 Word Processing or equivalent.
Desirable criteria
- ITIL Foundation or equivalent Service Management qualification.
- Project management qualification or experience (e.g., PRINCE2).
- Experience in IT procurement, telecoms, or administrative roles within the NHS or similar environment.
- Experience of working in an office/administrative setting.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Service Delivery Team based at Lawton House, Trentham. As a Service Delivery Specialised Services Administrator, you will support healthcare services through the administration of IT procurement and NHS Registration Authority (RA) services.
You will coordinate the procurement of IT hardware, software, telecoms services and related equipment, working with suppliers, customers and internal teams to ensure services are delivered efficiently and in line with organisational processes.
