Role summary
This is an opportunity for a conscientious and dynamic administrator to join the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team (CRHTT) in Northallerton. The role involves providing administrative support to the team, working closely with medical secretaries, consultants, and other colleagues to ensure high standards of care for service users. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and customer service skills, be able to multitask in a busy environment, and have a 'can do' attitude.
Essential criteria
- Level 3 Qualification in relevant field or equivalent experience or willingness to work towards Level 3 in Business Administration.
- Key skills/functional skills in literacy and numeracy Level 2 OR O Level (Grade C and above/New GCSE in Maths and English (Grade 4 to 9) are an essential requirement to be fully competent in the role. Where an applicant does not have the above qualifications or are unable to provide evidence of the certification, the applicant MUST achieve the required standards during their probationary period
Desirable criteria
- Level 3 in Business Administration.
- RSA Level 2 or equivalent Secretarial/administrative experience in a clinical environment.
- Experience of working in an administrative environment (diary management, filing systems, meeting coordination, minute talking, data input, collating and presenting information).
- Customer Service experience (face to face, answering calls, correspondence)
- Experience of organising completing demands and workloads
- Experience of setting up and maintenance of administrative systems and processes
- Experience of working autonomously and proactively
- Experience of supporting/supervising staff
- Experience of handling monies and working within financial guidelines
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of data protection and the need for confidentiality and how to maintain this
- Knowledge of office systems and processes.
- Knowledge of NHS systems

Job summary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a conscientious and dynamic administrator to join the close-knit and supportive Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team (CRHTT).
CRHTT are based at North Moor House, Northallerton and provide Urgent/ Crisis mental health services for people aged 18 and above and living in the Hambleton and Richmondshire area.
The team base is easily accessible by car and parking is available.
As a member of this ever growing and friendly team, you will work in an open plan office. The building is also home to other teams we work closely alongside and is anarea of high activity; no two days are the same.
