Job summary

To be based across HMP Lincoln, HMP Morton Hall, HMP North Sea Camp, Swinderby IRC and Hybrid.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Band 7 Lead Pharmacy Technician to provide professional and operational leadership across the Lincolnshire cluster of secure services. This role covers HMP Lincoln, HMP Morton Hall, HMP North Sea Camp and Swinderby IRC and plays a key part in delivering safe, effective and high-quality pharmaceutical services.

You will provide specialist technical expertise in medicines management, controlled drugs governance and clinical governance, working closely with senior managers, clinicians and external partners to ensure compliance with legislation, CQC standards and best practice.
