Role summary

This role is for an enthusiastic and adaptable Healthcare Assistant to join a community nursing team in Thanet. You will provide direct patient care in their homes, working as part of a team to implement care plans and monitor the quality of care. The role involves supporting elderly patients, those recently discharged, terminally ill, or with physical disabilities, ensuring they remain safe and well at home. Key responsibilities

Essential criteria

  • Understands the role and remit of Unregistered worker.
