This role is for a Band 6 Community Care Coordinator within the City Community Mental Health Team in Bradford. Essential criteria
- Professional qualification in mental health nursing, social work, occupational therapy
- Registration with Professional Body (e.g. NMC, SWE, BAOT)
- Minimum of 6 months post basic experience in Mental Health
- Experience of working in a community mental health setting.
Desirable criteria
- Experience of being clinical adviser to junior staff or students.
