Role summary
This Staff Nurse role in the RUH Pain Clinic involves providing high-quality, individualised care to patients with chronic pain. You will support day-case procedures in theatre and recovery, manage equipment, and contribute to the Pain Management Programme. Job summary
The RUH Pain Clinic is a welcoming and forward-thinking secondary care outpatient service, supported by a dedicated multidisciplinary team. We care for adults living with chronic pain, offering specialist assessment, diagnosis and treatment where possible, while empowering patients to build confidence in self-management so they can improve their quality of life.
As a key resource within the Trust and wider healthcare community, our service plays an important role in raising awareness and understanding of chronic pain. We pride ourselves on delivering care that reflects the Trust's vision and values, national guidance and local commissioning priorities, using a holistic biopsychosocial approach.
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Band 5 Staff Nurse to join our fantastic team. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week), with a supportive environment where you can develop specialist skills and contribute to high-quality patient care.
