Role summary
This role is for an experienced and enthusiastic Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN) to join the Woking Community Mental Health Recovery Service. The team is transitioning to an All-Age Neighbourhood Mental Health Team. Essential criteria

- Diploma in psycho-social interventions, or similar post registration qualification relevant to the post

Job summary
Woking Community Mental Health Recovery Service (CMHRS) is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic community mental health nurse (CPN) to join our team.
The team is moving through a transition to an All-Age Neighbouhood Mental Health Team to provide more joined up mental health care for our community.
As part of our multi-disciplinary team, the successful applicant will deliver comprehensive assessments and a variety of approaches, interventions, and treatments to individuals experiencing severe and enduring mental health issues, supporting them in their personal recovery journey.
Candidates must have a full driving license and a car to use for work.
Main duties of the job
You will be required to take lead and professional responsibility for a number of service users. This role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
