Main duties of the job
- Provide clinical, operational and professional leadership to nursing, HCA and housekeeping teams.
- Lead the delivery of safe, person-centred and evidence-based nurse-led care and rehabilitation within the 24-bedded unit.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary team involvement to develop and implement individualised rehabilitation care plans.
- Support effective patient flow, including admission, care planning and coordination of complex discharges.
- Manage staffing levels, rotas and skill mix using the e-rostering system.
- Maintain high clinical standards
