We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurse (band 5) to join our established multi-disciplinary team. You would be responsible for delivering comprehensive, individualised treatment and recovery plans which support patients to return home. The successful candidate will work closely with the MDT and 3rd sector agencies, advocating on behalf of patients, promoting a collaborative and recovery orientated focus throughout.
