Role summary
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Health Care Support Worker to join our Children and Families Health Visiting Team. You will support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care within homes and community settings, working closely with Health Visitors and other professionals. The role involves supporting health promotion activities, developmental screening, parenting support, and providing practical assistance to families. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to improving health outcomes for children are essential. This is a part-time, permanent position based in Dumbarton Health Centre.
