Role summary
This role supports the Anaesthetics Support and Administration team, providing comprehensive administrative functions to the department and its stakeholders. The postholder will primarily cover the Anaesthetics & Theatre scheduling department, handling urgent calls and general administrative tasks. They will also contribute to a high-quality surgical scheduling service, ensuring patients receive interventions within appropriate timescales based on clinical need and Trust priorities. - Experience providing administrative support in a busy office or clinical environment.
- Experience managing a range of general administrative duties (printing, filing, record keeping, archiving).

- Understanding of confidentiality, information governance, and data protection
- Ability to work flexibly and provide The best joined-up care for all cross-cover during staff absence.
