Role summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 nurse to join the Doncaster intensive Home Treatment Team. You will work 37.5 hours per week, covering shifts between 08:00 and 21:30, 7 days a week. Essential criteria
- Registered Mental Health Nurse and current professional registration with the NMC or registered allied health professional.
- Key skills in literacy, numeracy and IT Level 2 or equivalent.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 5 nurse to join Doncaster intensive Home Treatment Team. We provide short-term intensive support in the community to individuals with acute mental health needs to prevent hospital admission.
We provide a service between 08.00 and 21.30 7 days per week and staff are expected to work shift patterns to cover this. Most team members work 3 long shifts, which helps promote a good work life balance.
The team works in partnership with third sector and peer organisations to deliver person centred crisis care, therefore transparency and openness is vital.
