Role summary
This role involves working with individuals with learning disabilities, who may also have mental and physical health conditions. The primary goal is to facilitate activities both on and off-site, helping patients develop meaningful engagements to support their well-being during their hospital stay. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will assist patients in developing skills and insights into their health, along with coping strategies for use post-discharge. You will provide day-to-day care under the supervision of a registered nurse, adhering to best practices and guidelines.
Key responsibilities
