Role summary

This role is for an Assistant Project Manager within the Programme Management Office (PMO) at University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire NHS Trust. The successful candidate will support the delivery of strategic objectives by assisting with planning and managing small to medium-scale projects. Key responsibilities include helping clinical and non-clinical staff achieve project tasks, managing risks and issues, and ensuring accurate documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive, highly motivated individual with excellent project management skills to join the Programme Management Office (PMO) at University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire NHS Trust.

The role requires an individual who is an effective communicator, with the ability to communicate with both clinical and non-clinical staff at all levels within the organisation, in addition to external project stakeholders.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines is essential. Experience using project management software, tools and methodologies used to define, develop,manageandmonitorproject plans is also an essential requirement.
