An exciting opportunity has arisen in our 20 bedded Intensive Care Unit for a caring, highly motivated, enthusiastic band 6 Senior Staff Nurse

As an Intensive Care Unit we're proud to have been successful in achieving university accreditation with the University of Reading. You must be a Registered Nurse with a nationally recognised Critical Care course experience. Your development within ICU is supported by a dedicated mentor and team leader who'll ensure you will have the support and guidance you require. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills and build on your already excellent knowledge and skills base. Your leadership will contribute to a team mission to deliver person centred cared with kindness and respect and in line with our hospital values continually strive to deliver excellence in everything we do.
