Role summary
This role is for a self-motivated and competent Office Manager & Executive Assistant to the Chief Nursing Officer. Key responsibilities
- Provide a professional, confidential and comprehensive secretarial and administration service to the Chief Nursing Officer.
- Manage the Chief Nursing Officer's diary.

- Prioritise own workload and demands from senior colleagues.
- Use utmost discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
Essential criteria
- Good standard of education (A-C GCSE minimum)
- RSA level 3 or above or ability to demonstrate equivalent skills
- Experienced personal assistant at director level
- Significant Experience in Use of MS Office software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including spelling, grammar and punctuation)
- Minute taking
- Knowledge of Outlook and email system
- Produce presentations and papers to a high standard
- Experience of budgetary management
- In depth knowledge of the Trust or NHS Trusts
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to use own initiative
Desirable criteria
- PRINCE 1 & 2 or similar project management qualification
- Event management
