Role summary
This role is for a Registered Nurse and Non Medical Prescriber to join an enhanced primary care service within HMP Liverpool. The post holder will manage a caseload of complex cases, develop individual care plans, and deliver various treatment options. It involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and providing leadership to junior staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
Essential criteria
- 1st level Registered Nurse with current registration with the UK Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC).
- RCGP level 1
- Evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
- Independent Nurse Prescriber Qualification
Desirable criteria
- RCGP level 2
- Knowledge and Experience
- Experience of working autonomously
- Evidence of supervision of junior staff
- Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team
- Evidence of participation in clinical supervision (either in the supervised or supervisor role)
