Role summary

This role provides comprehensive data management and administrative support to Regional Delivery Directors within NHS England's Estates Division, specifically for the North East & Yorkshire region. The post holder will offer high-quality project, service, and administrative support, including information and analysis, to enable effective use of data and technology for various initiatives. Key responsibilities include undertaking project analysis, reporting on data, and supporting resource allocation.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Associate Director of National Estates Delivery and wider teams.
  • Undertake information/project analysis and report on data.
  • Maintain administrative and information resources, including files, spreadsheets, and trackers.
  • Organise and arrange meetings, events, and travel, including minute taking and diary management.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and coordinate the preparation and issuing of reports.

Essential criteria

  • Educated to Degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of qualification or significant equivalent previous proven experience.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures, project management or information analysis.
  • Knowledge of project principles

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to re-prioritise
  • Skills for communication on complex information and administrative matters, requiring developed interpersonal and oral/ written communication skills.
  • Ability to pull together comprehensive draft reports, data and letters.
