Role summary
This role involves supporting intermediate care interventions on Thorndon Ward at Brentwood Community Hospital. The post holder will help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals through individual sessions and exercise groups. Job summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic person with excellent communication skills to support intermediate care interventions alongside our friendly multidisciplinary team on Thorndon Ward at Brentwood Community Hospital.
