This role involves supporting children, young people, and families across Nottingham City as part of the 0-19 Children's Public Health Service. Essential criteria

- Evidence of understanding of confidential and sensitive issues including GDPR and data protection legislation.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to demonstrate the 6Cs in daily practice.
- An ability to plan and organise own workload and any delegated work within tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate ability to use initiative.

- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
- Educated to NVQ Level 3, or equivalent in a healthcare or childcare-related area or holds significant previous experience
- Good numeracy and literacy to GCSE level (A-C / 9-4) or equivalent.
- Educated to Degree Level in a childcare-related area.
- Experience of working in a healthcare or childcare setting with a minimum of 1 year experience.
- Experience of working in a skill mix team with a minimum of 1 year experience.
- Experience of carrying out delegated work.
- Experience of working in a primary care setting.

- Ability to be flexible over hours worked within contracted hours to meet the needs of the service
- The post holder is required to have a full driving licence, access to a vehicle and the ability to travel between locations.
