Job summary

We have an opportunity for 2 talented individuals to join our Knowsley Childrens' Admin Team based across 2 sites (Knowsley Resource and Recovery Centre and Thorn Rd Clinic in Runcorn), supporting our CYP mental health services. Working hours will be scheduled in line with service needs and may include shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Sunday. Posts are Fixed Term, up to 31/03/2027.

This role is vital in supporting our aim to provide exceptional patient care, every time. Using your organisational, administration communication and people skills, you will contribute towards an effective and consistent level of service. Our patients and service users are at the heart of everything we do, and we would like to hear from applicants who share this commitment.

Main duties of the job

Provide a comprehensive and high-quality administrative support service undertaking a wide range of administrative tasks, including personal responsibility for a number of delegated tasks, within our admin hub to support our Childrens mental health multi-disciplinary teams in Knowsley and Runcorn.

The role will support a range of complex and sensitive administrative functions to ensure the effective and timely access to information for the storage and sharing of information
