Role summary

Job summary

and committed to supporting adults with communication difficulties?

We are

seeking a compassionate, proactive individual to join our Adult Speech and

Language Therapy team, working across community and inpatient settings in

Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. You should have a genuine interest in

adult communication needs, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work

independently while building positive relationships with patients, carers and

colleagues.

A commitment to person-centred care and ongoing learning is

essential. This Band 3 role offers a clear development pathway to Band 4.

Applicants with substantial relevant experience who already meet the required

competencies may be appointed at Band 4. Band 3 applicants will be supported

through a structured programme, with progression available on successful

completion.

We offer a welcoming team, regular supervision, ongoing training,

support to complete Band 4 competencies, access to clinical and administrative

resources, team meetings and annual appraisal.
