Role summary
NHS Borders is seeking a part-time Consultant Oral Surgeon for Borders General Hospital. The role involves providing elective outpatient and theatre-based Oral Surgery and tier 2 Oral Medicine services to both paediatric and adult populations. The post includes consultation clinics, local anaesthetic and intravenous sedation treatments, and theatre sessions. There is no out-of-hours commitment, but the successful candidate will manage emergency presentations during working hours and refer patients requiring OMFS in-patient management.
