Role summary
This is a Band 6 Mental Health Nurse or Allied Health Professional role within the Urgent and Crisis and Home Treatment area of the Gleadless and Heeley Neighbourhood Mental Health Centre. You will work shifts across 7 days per week, providing comprehensive assessments, intervention planning, and care plan formulations for patients in crisis. The role involves working within a multi-disciplinary team and contributing to service development in one of the first pilot sites for the Neighbourhood Mental Health Model of care.
Essential criteria

- RMN qualification or Social work qualification

- knowledge and experience of intervention used in crisis services

Job summary
Band 6 Nurse
You will be working within the Urgent and Crisis and Home Treatment area of the Gleadless and Heeley Neighbourhood Mental Health Centre, working shifts of 8am - 8pm across 7 days per week on a rota basis.
You will join an exciting new team, one of the first 6 pilot sites across the UK to launch to the Neighbourhood Mental Health Model of care. The aim is to establish a coherent, functionally integrated team, working with the VCSE, social care and the local community to deliver high quality mental health care for all the people of Gleadless & Heeley aged 18 or over.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will work within a multi-disciplinary home treatment team, sharing a base with CMHT, PCMHT, VCSE, peer workers and community groups.
