Role summary

This is a Band 6 Mental Health Nurse or Allied Health Professional role within the Urgent and Crisis and Home Treatment area of the Gleadless and Heeley Neighbourhood Mental Health Centre. Band 6 Nurse

You will be working within the Urgent and Crisis and Home Treatment area of the Gleadless and Heeley Neighbourhood Mental Health Centre, working shifts of 8am - 8pm across 7 days per week on a rota basis.

You will join an exciting new team, one of the first 6 pilot sites across the UK to launch to the Neighbourhood Mental Health Model of care. The aim is to establish a coherent, functionally integrated team, working with the VCSE, social care and the local community to deliver high quality mental health care for all the people of Gleadless & Heeley aged 18 or over.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will work within a multi-disciplinary home treatment team, sharing a base with CMHT, PCMHT, VCSE, peer workers and community groups.
