Role summary
This role is for a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Nursing Associate to join the Cardiac Investigation Unit (CIU) at Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust. The CIU is a 21-bedded acute cardiac area specializing in care for patients with various cardiac conditions, including those requiring coronary angiograms, cardiac stenting, and implantable cardiac devices. Essential criteria
- Qualified band 4 or due to qualify in 6 months on the NMC register as a Nursing Associate

- Working currently at band 4 level

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Cardiac Investigation Unit, (CIU) which is a 21 bedded in patient acute cardiac area, with 4 recliner chair space for our outpatient cardiac procedures.
We specialise in caring for patients with varying cardiac conditions and we assist in the treatment and recovery of patients requiring coronary angiogram, cardiac stenting and implantable cardiac devices.
We are looking for a compassionate, motivated and patient-focused Nursing Associate to join our multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our patients.
This role has been approved for advertising; however, it is also being assessed as a suitable alternative employment opportunity. As a result, the vacancy may be withdrawn or there may be a delay before shortlisting can begin.
