Role summary
This role is for an experienced Clinical Lead within the Runnymede Neighbourhood Mental Health service, based in Chertsey. The service provides assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and support for individuals with functional mental health conditions, frailty, cognitive decline, and dementia. The successful candidate will manage a complex caseload, provide clinical leadership, and contribute to service development. Essential criteria
- A clinical qualification to degree level or equivalent / RMN/BSC Hons
- ENB 998 / PSPA or equivalent o ENB 811 812 or equivalent Community Nursing course o Membership of a professional body (NMC).
Desirable criteria
- Clinical Leadership in Mental Health o Non Medical Prescribing qualification
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience working with people with MH needs, 3 of which must be at a Band 6 with Community Mental Health experience.
- o Experience of working with vulnerable patients
- Experience of working in primary care o Supplementary prescribe medication as agreed with RMO
- o Experience of leading clinical practice
