Essential criteria
- Registered Nurse
- Mentor/Preceptor/998 or equivalent
- Specialist Nursing Practice (District Nursing) Degree or willing to undertake training
- Nurse Prescribing or willing to undertake training
- Evidence of personal development
- Evidence of Experience at Community Nurse level
- Team Management Experience
- Experience of Management of change within a complex environment
- Experience of teaching others
- Experience of Communicating within a multi discipline team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Management of change
- Knowledge of clinical governance and its implications
- Hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010)

You will be working alongside our nursing support staff, therapy staff and core nursing team to provide safe, effective, and high quality care to our patients within their own homes.
We understand how important it is to have time to settle in to a new team; all staff joining our team are provided with a thorough 4-6 week induction period. Here, you will have the chance to work as a supernumerary member of the team, shadowing numerous staff in various roles within and outside of our team before working independently.
