Role summary
This is a 30-hour, part-time School Nurse vacancy within the North Team in St Helens, working with an Integrated 0-19 Team. Essential criteria
- RN (Adult or Child/RSCN)
- Postgraduate in Specialist Community Public Health Nursing- School Nursing or equivalent
- Leadership Level 6
- Mentorship Level 6
- Solihull Approach Trained

- Motivational Interviewing trained
- Promotional Interviewing trained
- Mentorship Level 7
- Leadership Level 7
- Experience and knowledge
- Experience of managing a School Nurse Caseload
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Experience of leading the assessment, planning and evaluation of care
- Experience of integrated working
- Ability to use email, internet and word processing software
- Sound knowledge of safeguarding issues
- Skills and attributes
- Good verbal, non verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
