Role summary

This role involves joining the billing team within the Private Patient & Overseas department. The co-ordinator will ensure invoices are processed accurately and timely, supporting the wider Commercial Team. They will also collaborate with colleagues, clinical staff, and stakeholders to resolve invoicing issues, ensuring smooth financial processes.

Essential criteria

  • 5 GCSE (or equivalent) passes, grades A - C, including English & Maths.
  • Finance, IT or business administration qualification to level 4 (AAT Technician) or able to demonstrate an equivalent level of knowledge skills and experience.
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge and experience including using pivot tables and MS access databases
  • Experience of producing performance management information or financial reports.
  • Experience in data manipulation, statistical, interpretive and analytical skills with complex datasets
  • Experience of working in a finance environment.
  • Experience in raising invoices using finance systems.
