This key role provides a comprehensive administrative and secretarial service, supporting the smooth and efficient running of the care home. You will act as the first point of contact for staff, residents, families, and external professionals, ensuring a professional and welcoming service at all times.

Experience in an administrative or secretarial role (health or social care desirable)

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with sensitive situations

Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively

Proficient IT skills (e.g. Word, Excel, email systems)

High standard of written and spoken English

Professional, approachable, and flexible attitude

Understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements
