Role summary
This is an acting-up opportunity for a Band 6 or 7 mental health professional to join the leadership team of the Chichester Neighbourhood Mental Health Team. The role involves providing clinical and operational leadership, managing referrals and caseloads, and line managing staff. - Professional knowledge acquired through degree/diploma plus relevant, experience of working in the field.
- Have a specialised knowledge, across a range of work procedures and topics, underpinned by theory
