Role summary
This role is for an experienced HCPC-registered dietitian to join the Community Nutrition and Dietetics team. You will provide high-level dietetic expertise for adults with complex nutritional needs, including those requiring specialist nutrition support and home enterally fed patients. The role involves working across outpatient clinics, patients' homes, and care settings. You will also contribute to service development, support colleagues' clinical development through supervision and mentoring, and strengthen partnerships with multidisciplinary teams.

We're looking for aClinical Specialist Nutrition Support Dietitian to join our welcoming and forward-thinking Community Nutrition and Dietetics team.
This role has been developed following the success of a similar model within our Allied Health Professional (AHP) services offering a unique opportunity to shape the role and make it your own, while influencing the future of specialist nutritional care, across our community services.
You'll provide a high level of dietetic expertise for adults with complex nutritional needs, including those requiring specialist nutrition support in primary care, patients living with frailty or complex tissue damage and home enterally fed patients (HEF). Working across outpatient clinics, patients' own homes and care settings, you'll work alongside an experienced Band 7 Clinical Lead to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.
