Role summary
This role is for an Assistant Psychologist within the Mental Health Integrated Network Team (MINT) in South Glos. The post holder will support the running of groups and individual psychological interventions for people with complex PTSD and other mental health distress. It also involves carrying out audits and participating in service evaluations to support service developments. The role is supervised by a clinical psychologist and involves working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver culturally appropriate, sensitive, and person-centred care.
Essential criteria
- Psychology degree 2:1 and Eligibility for BPS accreditation
- Experience of working within Mental Health services , either paid or voluntary.
- Experience of carrying out research, audits or service evaluations

- Introductory training in a psychological therapy
- Skills & experience
- Ability to work collaboratively with other staff
- Self-awareness and emotional resilience
- Word processing and other IT skills
