Role summary

This role is for an enthusiastic and flexible Band 3 Clinical Support Team Administrator to support inpatient clinical teams, particularly Medics, across five wards at Hellesdon Hospital. The administrator will handle a range of duties including assisting with patient reviews, managing diaries, and providing general administrative support. Key responsibilities

  • Ability to work with senior members of staff across a large organisation.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, conscientious and flexibleBand 3 Clinical Support Team Administrator to support our inpatient clinical teams, in particular supporting the Medics across five wards within the Adult Inpatient Services based at Hellesdon Hospital. This role will involve a range of administration duties to meet the needs of our clinical teams and service users.

Effective team work skills and a commitment to the provision of a positive service user experience across an inpatient setting is essential.

You will be joining a demanding fast paced environment using the Trust's EPR.

Previous experience of Trust IT systems would be of benefit but not essential as all training will be provided.

  • Working hours will be 37.5 over a 5 day week, Monday to Friday, however part time hours would be considered.
  • The position is based at Hellesdon Hospital, Norwich where limited on-site parking is available.
  • Occasional travel may be required and flexibility essential.
