Role summary

  • *Experience of working within Recruitment Sector within a high-volume and specialist resourcing, recruitment market ideally within healthcare.
  • *Competent in the use of applicant tracking systems and human resources information systems.
  • *Receive questions and provide an accurate response to questions about recruitment transactions.
  • *Good verbal and written communication; able to communicate clearly and effectively on a range of resourcing matters.
  • *Provide and receive routine information with tact and empathy.

Job summary

Are you passionate about providing great customer service and a seamless recruitment experience? We are looking for Recruitment Officers to join our friendly and supportive Recruitment team.

Our Recruitment Officers take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of recruitment and administration.

You will support and cover for other recruiters in the team, working in partnership with Team Leads and wider HR teams to ensure the provision of recruitment is comprehensive, consistent and of a high quality.

The Recruitment Officer is responsible for the delivery of a high-quality service, the measure of which will be that time to hire and administration of services within the Recruitment service is improved.
